I see it as a loving reminder of the life we have given. Where Buddhism Meets Neuroscience. A wonderful reference in particular This book I read in the bath or couple hours before bed. I read it slowly in about 6months. Some of it didn’t apply and the Baghavita sp? Iyengar in India and the United States. This is a book I feel I would have to come back to time and time again- allowing the pages to open to where they should when I am in a time of need. I’m a yoga teacher in training, and I received this book as a gift from the yogi who will be teaching me.
